This 2004 photograph shows an angled view of Victoria Theatre (formerly known as Town Hall) and Victoria Concert Hall (formerly known as Victoria Memorial Hall), with their white exterior walls, arches and porches and pillars on the ground floor. There are tall glass panels and circular columns on the upper floor partly hidden by the palm trees. The national coat of arms appears in relief on the pediments and the national flag flies on top. The two buildings are separated by a clock tower in the middle. The Victoria Theatre and Victoria Concert Hall was gazetted as a national monument on 14 February 1992. Title devised by Library staff.
