This 1993 photograph shows a house, at no. 21 Frankel Street. Frankel Street is named after the Frankel brothers, who developed their coconut plantations in Siglap into housing estates. There is a lawn and a driveway at the front, and other houses behind the house. Title devised by Library staff.
