This 2009 photograph shows a close-up view of a letter by the HDB (Housing and Development Board) to the owner of Chwee Hean Keng Temple. There was a dispute between HDB and the temple over the rental price of the temple site. An agreement was finally made for the temple to pay a monthly rent of $6000 till the end of 2011.
