This 1990 photograph shows a single-storey building located at Netheravon Road. The building provided housing quarters for government officials. Netheravon Road was presumably named after the Airfield Camp in Netheravon Wiltshire in the United Kingdom, as the British military base in Singapore was then located in the area around Changi.
