This 1984 photograph depicts the French Embassy at Gallop Road. It is also known as Atbara House. Today, the French Embassy is located at Cluny Park Road. Gallop Road was a quiet rural road with shady trees and turf on which residents used to ride their horses. Title devised by Library staff.
