This is a 1992 photograph depicting Mohamed Ali Lane, with a view of shophouses, towards Club Street. Mohamed Ali Lane was named after Mirza Mohamad Ali Namazie, Municipal Councillor, who traded in textiles, and was in milling and shipping. Title devised by Library staff.
