This is a 1982 photograph depicting shophouses on Teck Lim Road, from Keong Saik Road, towards Neil Road. Located in the Chinatown area, Teck Lim Road was named after Ong Teck Lim, Municipal Commissioner, and a tapioca planter and trader. Title devised by Library staff.
