This 1992 photograph shows Jalan Samulun, with a view of Selat Samulun from the bridge. Selat Samulun is no longer found in the present-day street directory. The name of Jalan Samulun came from sembulun, an Orang Laut "sea gypsy tribe". Title devised by Library staff.
