This 1984 photograph shows Cumming Street (from near Angus Street corner towards Keng Cheow Street) with shophouses by the side of the road. Cumming Street is named after Freemason Dr. J.P. Cumming, and is now a pedestrian mall located within Merchant Square. Title devised by Library staff.
