This 1984 photograph shows Fisher Street, towards the gable wall of houses, on the north side of Cumming Street. Several cars are parked along the roadsides, and several high-rise buildings can be seen in the background. There is a vacant field in the foreground. Fisher Street is named after Admiral Sir John Fisher (1841-1920), a World War I hero. Title devised by Library staff.
