This 1982 photograph depicts a building at the corner of Fisher Street, in Boat Quay. Fisher Street was named after Admiral Sir John Fisher, the first Sea Lord in 1904 who introduced modern capital warships to the Royal Navy for World War I preparation. Title devised by Library staff.
