Prinsep Street no. 12 : general view

This 1986 photograph shows a shophouse, at no. 12 Prinsep Street. A sign for "Pacific Drug Store" can be seen near the roof of the shophouse. Prinsep Street is named after Charles Prinsep, a lawyer who owned a big nutmeg plantation in the area in the 1850s. Prinsep Street is off Orchard Road. Title devised by Library staff.
