"This photograph shows an NTUC atrium sale at Junction 8 shopping mall in Bishan during the circuit breaker period. Only one NTUC staff mans the sale that includes essential items like toilet paper and rice. However, as the photograph shows, with most of the shops closed in Junction 8, the footfall in this atrium sale is also very limited."--Contributed by Nurfaiezah Mohd Osman, as part of the "Documenting COVID-19 in Singapore" collection community call.
