This 1982 photograph shows a building (designed by E.J. Seow), located at Niven Road. The ground floor of the low-rise building is occupied by "Selera Restaurant". Niven Road is named after Superintendent of the Botanic Gardens Lawrence Niven. Title devised by Library staff.
