This 1983 photograph shows Niven Road, towards Wilkie Road, with a view of a row of shophouses on the left, and an apartment block at the end of the road. Niven Road was named after Lawrence Niven, Superintendent of the Botanic Gardens in the 1870s. Title devised by Library staff.
