This 2004 photograph shows a reverse plan view of the Civilian War Memorial, also known as the "chopsticks memorial", taken from the ground inside the monument. Each of the four columns has a large base, which tapers to the top and is connected to the other by a concrete slab. Lightning conductors provide protection. Title devised by Library staff.
