This 1967 photograph shows some terrace houses, on a road (lorong) in Geylang. In between the two windows is a rectangular vent for air circulation. The minimal ornamentation on the exterior of the houses, indicate that they were built with an early shophouse style (1840-1900). Title devised by Library staff.
