This 2010 photograph shows The Concourse, a high-rise commercial and residential building located at no. 298 Beach Road. The Concourse was completed on 5 February 1994. Due to its extraordinary design, a scale model of The Concourse went for an architectural exhibition tour around the world. Title devised by Library staff.
