This 1982 photograph depicts Upper Dickson Road, from Serangoon Road towards Clive Street. It shows a view of a street with two-storey shophouses and parked vehicles along the right side, and a street light and a fire hydrant on the left. Upper Dickson Road is named after Colonial Secretary Sir John Frederick Dickson. Title devised by Library staff.
