This is a general view of Serangoon Road, in Little India, showing its name on two separate signboards in English and Tamil. The signs are affixed to a pole whose top holds a purplish-white lotus flower. The four-lane one-way road has a heavy traffic flow. High-rise flats are juxtaposed with conserved two-storey brightly coloured shophouses. Title devised by Library staff.
