A 1995 photograph showing double traffic lanes at Gallop Road, towards Tyersall Avenue, nestled in lush greenery of trees, bushes and fenced compounds of residential houses. Gallop Road was once a road with shady trees and turf on which Tanglin residents rode their horses in the early days of Singapore. The roads mentioned are located near the Singapore Botanic Gardens.
