This 1993 photograph shows Cheang Hong Lim Street at a corner of Cheang Wan Seng Place. A row of three-storey shophouses line one side of the street. Cheang Hong Lim Street, now a pedestrian mall, was named after philanthropist and Justice of the Peace, Cheang Hong Lim. Title devised by Library staff.
