This 1992 photograph shows a memorial plaque in Prinsep Street Presbyterian Church. The plaque is in memory of Foo Teng Quee (1843-1906), a leading member of the Hylam Community, a friend to the needy, a deacon and treasurer of the church. Title devised by Library staff.
