This 2009 photograph shows the decorations put up at Geylang Serai to welcome the Muslim festival of Hari Raya Aidilfitri (or Hari Raya Puasa). The decorations feature batik prints and kampong roof reflecting characteristics of the Malay community. Title devised by Library staff.
