Reproduction Available:

This 1983 photograph shows Trengganu Street, from Smith Street. It shows a view of a street with a three-storey shophouse building on the right, and a high-rise apartment block in the background. Along Terengganu Street can be seen street vendors under canvas-covered makeshift stalls. Trengganu Road was named after Terengganu, a sultanate and state on the north-eastern side of Malaysia. The road has been converted into a pedestrian mall. Title devised by Library staff.
