This 1983 photograph shows a general view of a row of shophouses, located at a junction of Clarke Street (at North Boat Quay). The building housed the Industrial and Commercial Bank Limited. Today, the area is part of Clarke Quay Festival Village pedestrian mall. Title devised by Library staff.
