Fisher Street godown, northwest side : exterior [1]

Reproduction Available:

This 1984 photograph shows a godown, located at Fisher Street (northwest side at bend to Cumming Street). Investigations reveal that there were two streets named Fisher Street, in different locations. This Fisher Street is possibly named after Mr. Fisher, a former head of the Telegraph Company (in Singapore). The area is now a pedestrian mall located within Merchant Square. Title devised by Library staff.
