This 1985 photograph shows Chong Pang Village (originally called Westhill Village). A row of shops located in a wooden building with zinc roof can be seen at the far end of the photograph. On the left stands a smaller building fronted by a metal fence. Several trucks can also be seen parked by the side of the road. Title devised by Library staff.
