Exploring nature during circuit breaker period

"After few weeks of staying indoors during CB, my four year old daughter misses the outdoors alot. With her favourite playground still tape-closed and the grasses overgrown due to restrictions on essential services, her routine playground activities became endless fun of biology lessons of catching/observing/releasing the many species of creepy crawlers and butterflies rarely sighted in this urban city Singapore. We quite like the “messy” overgrown greenery landscape enjoyed during the Circuit Breaker period. Staying positive during this pandemic."--Contributed by Poh Mee Kian, as part of the "Documenting COVID-19 in Singapore" collection community call. This photograph shows a young girl near a playground cordoned off with tape. She is wearing a pink dress and a face mask, and is carrying a plastic container with tiny flowers in it.
