This 1983 photograph shows a three-storey building, located at the corner of Trengganu Street, at Smith Street, within the Chinatown Conservation Area. The façade is decorated with pilasters and plaster mouldings, with French windows on the second floor, covered with timber louvred shutters. At the base of the building, can be seen street vendors at their canvas-covered stalls. Title devised by Library staff.
