This 1992 photograph shows a side view of Whampoa Care Centre (the Singapore Anglican Welfare Centre and Whampoa Christian Centre) at house number 11 on Jalan Tenteram. The double-storey colonial building features arched porch entrance. It has a single-storey block with casement windows at the back. Title devised by Library staff.
