This photograph shows a single-storey zinc-roofed wooden house in Kampong Lorong Buangkok. It shows the backyard with laundry lines and washing pails. Also found are discarded furniture and scraps of building materials. Part of backyard's sandy surface is already paved with bricks and cement. Title devised by Library staff.
