Sultan Mosque, 1960s : general view [2]

This probably taken in the 1960s photograph shows a view of Sultan Mosque as seen from a French window. The mosque is also known as Masjid Sultan, located at 3 Muscat Street in the historic Kampong Glam area. Its Saracenic style is evident, incorporating minarets and balustrades. It was later gazetted as a national monument. Title devised by Library staff. Date of creation estimated.
