This 1988 photograph shows Sembawang Road, westward view of an old abandoned road at the junction of Nee Soon Avenue 2. Nee Soon Avenue 2 is now renamed as Yishun Avenue 2. Nee Soon Avenue was named after Lim Nee Soon, "pineapple king" and rubber planter (1879 - 1936). Title devised by Library staff.
