This 1983 photograph shows a shophouse, located at no. 14 Jalan Pisang (east side next to back lane of houses fronting Victoria Street). Jalan Pisang is a one way road. Pisang is the Malay term for banana. Shophouses found in this area are part of the Kampong Glam conservation area (since 7 July 1989). Title devised by Library staff.
