This 1983 photograph shows Keng Cheow Street, from opposite Havelock Road Community Centre. It shows a view of a street with shophouses. Keng Cheow Street was named after Tan Keng Cheow, a businessman who owned a steam laundry factory at Stevens Road. Title devised by Library staff.
