This photograph is part of NLB 1970s photographs (Album 8) collection. It was taken during the opening of the "Marconi Centenary Exhibition-Singapore" on 29 March 1975. The exhibition on radio communication ended on 2 April 1975. This shows the Guest-of-Honour being welcomed by the organisers. He is shaking hands with a Sikh gentleman.
