This 1986 photograph shows a building at the corner of Prinsep Street, at Bras Basah Road. The three-storey building has a façade decorated with pilasters and cornices. Prinsep Street is named after Charles Prinsep, a lawyer who owned a big nutmeg plantation in the area in the 1850s. Title devised by Library staff.
