This photograph shows rows of dried goods such as shrimp, chili, cuttlefish and salted fish on sale at the Victoria Street Wholesale Market. Most goods are sold by weight, while some are prepacked and sold at a fixed price, such as the dried bean curd and seaweed. Title devised by Library staff.
