This 1986 photograph shows the three-storey David Elias Building at Middle Road (towards Selegie Road). The neo-classical building has a high, pitched roof and the Star of David at the top of its facade. There are small balconies on the second and third floors. At the street level, arches between pillars on the front and sides of the building create a covered walkway. Title devised by Library staff.
