"As DORSCON was declared as at Orange on 7th Feb 2020, I saw people resorting to panic stocking etc. There was a beautiful process of distribution of masks across Singapore. Each household got four free masks. I went to the nearby Community Centre and collected – the process was very smooth and the delivery extraordinarily efficient. The masks were so nicely packed, and instructions were printed clearly on the cover. In fact I joined the whatsapp group of the Govt to get updates on COVID-19 on reading the instructions on the cover and, that was so beneficial."--Contributed by Mrs. Rajalakshmi Rangarajan, as part of the "Documenting COVID-19 in Singapore" collection community call. This photograph shows the back of a leaflet on the wearing of face masks issued by the Singapore Government. It provides instructions on how to wear face masks.
