This is a photograph of Goh Beng Kwan, a leading second-generation artist in the Singapore’s cultural scene. Goh specialises in mixed media art and was awarded the Cultural Medallion in Visual Arts in 1989 for his artistic contributions to Singapore. Title devised by Library staff.
