The model of the Intelligent Tropical City. In October 1988, Tay Kheng Soon was invited by then Director of the School of Architecture at the National University of Singapore to conduct a workshop with senior students on the theme of the Intelligent Tropical City. Tay and Robert Powell then devised a workshop programme to model the concept which is shown here.
