Visitor at Hiap Chuan Joo's booth

Hiap Chuan Joo was one of the largest sawmill factories in Singapore. Located at Balestier, it produced wooden crates used for beverages including Coca-Cola and Tiger Beer. Taken in the 1950s this photograph shows a view of an exhibition of woodwork factories' products. It is likely to be a function of Tiger Breweries.
