This 1986 photograph shows a corner two-storey old municipal quarters at Kampong Kapor Road. The house features a pillared porch on the lower floor, and windows with timber louvred shutters on the upper floor. Located in the Little India area, Kampong Kapor means "lime village" in Malay.
