This 1983 photograph shows the exterior of a shophouse, located at a junction of Clarke Street (at North Boat Quay). The building housed the Industrial and Commercial Bank Limited. Today, the area is part of Clarke Quay Festival Village pedestrian mall. Title devised by Library staff.
