This 1983 photograph shows Hill Street, from opposite High Street (towards Coleman Street). At the background, Peninsular Plaza, Peninsular Excelsior and the construction of Funan Centre (now known as Funan The IT Mall) can be seen. The shophouses seen in the photograph have been demolished to make way for the Treasury Building. Title devised by Library staff.
