This 1988 photograph shows Nee Soon Avenue 7, now renamed as Yishun Avenue 7. On the left is a canal flowing from the north, from near Thomson Road. Nee Soon Avenue was named after Lim Nee Soon, "pineapple king" and rubber planter. Title devised by Library staff.
