This 1986 photograph shows shophouses at no. 25 - 31 Prinsep Street. Prinsep Street is named after Charles Prinsep, a lawyer who owned a big nutmeg plantation in the area in the 1850s. Prinsep Street is off Orchard Road. Title devised by Library staff.
