This 1995 photograph shows vehicles parked alongside the road outside two-storey terrace shophouses off Serangoon Garden Circus, at Serangoon Garden Way. Built in the 1950s to house the British soldiers who were based here, Serangoon Gardens is one of the oldest estates in Singapore. Title devised by Library staff.
